I am excited to be introduced to the sport! I can handle riding on smooth trails but hesitate or walk my bike when there are small rocks, logs, roots, or when it gets steep or exposed. I am comfortable riding somewhat technical terrain with roots and rocks, but sometimes I don't know how I made it through. I have okay control of my bike while climbing and descending but would like to feel more in control. I am confident riding various terrain including small to large rocks, roots, logs and am fairly comfortable in switchbacks. I have good control of my bike while climbing and descending. I am comfortable standing to climb and I can handle my bike at speed and in steeper terrain. I ride intermediate/advanced trails with medium/large obstacles and maybe small jumps and drops.
