We offer both private and group coaching as well as community sessions. When you book a session with us, you are committing to yourself, prioritizing your development, and building a strong foundation. Reasonable progression is how we move forward and beyond.     Private & Group Coaching

    One-on-one individual and small group coaching services.

    RATES:

    Private Sessions $60/hr

    Group Sessions $60/hr +$30/additional human

  • Community Sessions

    Small group sessions allow for you to develop skills in a supportive group setting while learning from others in the community.

    3hr Community Session $90

Every movement in mountain biking is a result of any singular or combination of these fundamental skills. We will focus on the development and refinement of these skills to function as the building blocks to facilitate progression and advance as a rider. Consistency is key and we want you to find confidence and comfort as well.

Your session is about your goals. Let’s work on mountain bike skills that you’d like to improve on. We can focus on drills on flat terrain or head strait to the trail. It’s up to you!

The benefit of flat terrain skills drills is that while honing fundamentals you eliminate extra variables that can distract your attention. Flat terrain drills allow you to focus and fully engage in improving your technique. We can chat more about creating a specific program for you once you book a session.
